The Story
Baking’s part of our rhythm here at Rhino. It’s what makes the café feel alive in the morning trays clinking, dough rising, coffee brewing, and the town slowly waking up outside.
We started baking in-house so that every cup of coffee came with a little something extra: warmth, freshness, and the taste of Tofino itself.
Today, our bakery has become a local legend loved by early risers, surfers, and anyone who knows the simple joy of a pastry still warm from the oven.
